The PSCC implements the ladderized interface between Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Higher Education as provided in Executive Order No. 358 effective school year 2006- 2007 with the following degree programs: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS),and Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM).
The embedded TVET Qualifications of BSCS are PC Operation, Computer Programming, Animation and Computer Hardware Servicing, while Housekeeping is for BSHRM.
As one of the pioneering institutions in the Philippines in implementing the Ladderized Education System, Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, the President of the Republic of the Philippines, awarded a Certificate of Recognition on July 12, 2006 at Heroes Hall, Malacańan Palace, Manila.
