The PSCC implements the ladderized interface between Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Higher Education as provided in Executive Order No. 358 effective school year 2006- 2007 with the following degree programs: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS),and Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM).

The embedded TVET Qualifications of BSCS are PC Operation, Computer Programming, Animation  and Computer Hardware Servicing, while Housekeeping is for BSHRM.

As one of the pioneering institutions in the Philippines in implementing the Ladderized Education System, Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, the President of the Republic of the Philippines, awarded a Certificate of Recognition on July 12, 2006 at Heroes Hall, Malacańan Palace, Manila.

As an institution which has been in the Technical-Vocational field for a good number of years and being one of the numerous schools to answer the need for information technology courses in the locality, Patria Sable Corpus College seeks to harness its capabilities in the promotion of technologically-based potential of its clientele and to produce values oriented citizens who will direct and influence the lives of the next generation.
