Admission Policy and Procedure

Every student, upon admission, shall sign the following pledge: “In consideration of my admission to the Patria Sable Corpus College and of the privileges of a student of this institution, I hereby promise and pledge to abide by and comply with, all the rules and regulations laid down by competent authority in the institution and in the college, school, or department in which I am enrolled.”

Admission02

A student may enroll and be admitted in accordance with the school’s rules on registration for late enrollment but which in no case shall exceed two weeks after the opening of classes.

A student who enrolls late (one week after the official start of classes) will pay a fine of P10.00 per day. The student will be held responsible for lessons missed and will be marked absent for the meetings missed during the first week of classes.

 

Admission03

The Accounting Office publishes/posts a schedule of school fees at the start of every school year. Payment for school fees may be made in full or installment basis. Under installment basis, a student pays 50% of the total amount of fees assessed during enrollment, the balance to be paid in 3 equal installments before the preliminary, midterm and final examinations.

 

Admission04

A student who wishes to discontinue his/her studies in the school during the term must inform the Dean of the college, Registrar and Accounting Office of his/her intention in writing; otherwise his/her right to any refund of fees will be forfeited.

Regular Semester

Summer Term

Any student who withdraws from the school during the period of enrollment shall be charged the corresponding registration fee. Any student who withdraws from the school during the period of enrollment but before the start of classes shall be charged the corresponding registration fee.
